1. What lead you to become a yoga instructor?

Yoga first captured my heart as a teenager. The serenity, composure, and introspection it fostered resonated with me deeply. As my practice evolved, I came to understand the transformative power of yoga, not just as a physical exercise, but as a holistic approach to well-being. A burning desire to share this extraordinary gift with others ignited within me, leading me to the pursuit of becoming a yoga instructor. My journey has been a fulfilling one, allowing me to empower countless individuals in their own quests for self-growth, inner peace, and personal discovery.

2. How has yoga shaped your life for the better? 


Transcending Boundaries: How Yoga Transformed My Life
Yoga has left an indelible mark on my life, enriching it in countless ways. One of the most profound experiences occurred in 2017 when I climbed Imja Tse, a mountain in Nepal's Himalayas. As a solo female mountaineer, I encountered numerous challenges, both physically and mentally. Yoga became my solace, with practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and pranayama serving as invaluable tools to help me persevere. My practice brought clarity, focus, and a deep connection to the present moment, propelling me to new heights, both literally and metaphorically. Yoga's impact on my life extends beyond this remarkable adventure, fostering self-awareness and a profound connection to the world around me.

3. What are some of the transformations you have witnessed in your clients lives since they started doing yoga daily?

As a yoga instructor, one of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the awe-inspiring transformations in my clients' lives. A Symphony of Movement: My Favorite Yoga Poses
Among the many beautiful asanas in yoga, Padmasana, or the Lotus Pose, holds a special place in my heart. This traditional seated pose serves as a sanctuary for yogis and meditators, fostering concentration, meditation, and, ultimately, enlightenment. As I settle into Padmasana, the world around me seems to fade, leaving me with a stable and focused foundation from which to explore my inner landscape. This powerful pose symbolizes the transformative potential of yoga and the ever-evolving journey towards self-discovery.
